Lee E.Christian

Lee Christian is an attorney in Fort Collins specializing in all aspects of trial work. He has been a trial lawyer in Fort Collins for over 25 years. His practice focuses on criminal defense, and employment disputes.

Lee has extensive litigation experience. He has successfully represented clients in over fifty criminal, employment, and personal injury trials. He has defended clients charged in state and federal courts in cases ranging from petty offenses to first-degree murder death penalty cases.[...]

My Philosophy

I regularly work with investigators and experts in the fields of medicine, accident reconstruction and forensics. It is through this process we can determine the best approach for your case.

Most cases do not go to trial. Through negotiation, often a favorable plea agreement can be achieved. However, for those times when an appropriate resolution cannot be reached, I will zealously represent you in court.

I received a DUI charge while visiting Colorado from Tennessee, but was set to move to Arizona 4 months later, making my case quite complicated. David and his team helped me navigate the ins and outs of what was required of me at each step and negotiated a shorter probationary period than what is typical for the circumstances of my case. Additionally, I was told my the probation department that how my case was resolved was much cleaner and advantageous than they had seen for similar cases in the past.
